Lumitouch Solar Touchscreen
Sonelis Technologies debuts the Lumitouch solar touchscreen, a ground breaking solar touchscreen design for tablets. The first Lumitouch prototype is designed to fit tablets with 9.7inch touchscreens. The idea behind the Lumitouch is to maximize the power efficiency of electronic devices by directly embedding solar panels into the touchscreen glass.
The solar panels overlap with the borders of the tablet’s LCD screen, thus, the aesthetics of the tablet are not changed. With proper charging circuit optimization, the Lumitouch could extend the battery life time considerably even when placed indoors. Sonelis, a specialist in custom solar modules, can customize the Lumitouch to fit tablets of other sizes.
Lumileaf Solar LED Lamp
Sonelis Technologies debuts Greendix’s Lumileaf solar LED lamp, a ground breaking eco friendly solar design. The Lumileaf is a nature inspired solar LED lamp, which incorporates a 1.25W leaf-shaped solar panel in an elegant brushed aluminum body. The built-in 1800mA NiMH battery powers six 1.2W high-brightness energy efficient LED that provide ample light for any situation.
The Lumileaf is designed to be used in both outdoor and indoor settings as the body is also water resistant. Additional features include an ambient sensor that automatically controls the LED's operation, as well as the world's first application of SMT LEDs directly onto a solar panel.
The Lumileaf is scheduled to go on Sale on Q1 2012.
Solar Apple-shaped Dock For iPhoneTM
The solar iPhone dock is a design study that incorporates our solar leaves into a consumer electronics product. The solar leaf panel (SNL104GGT-A) connects to the dock using USB connectors and charges the built-in 1800mAh battery. The solar dock also incoroporates UV LEDs to disinfect the cell phone or MP3 player when they are docked.
Solar Football
The traditional black pentagonal-shaped leather patches, which make a football instantly recognizable, are replaced with Sonelis's pentagon shaped solar panels of the same size (SNL107GBT-A).
These football prototypes emit a tracking sound every time they get kicked. The solar panels power the advanced
built-in motion sensors and audio device, which could one day enable visually impaired people play football.
Solar Flower Pot
The solar flower pot incorporates two solar leaves (SNL104GGT-A) that charge the built-in 1500mAh battery. The pot has a built-in ambient light sensor that turns on the LEDs when dark. The solar flower pot design stands out as the solar panel can seamlessly integrate with the overall design of the product.
Solar Sunflower
This concept shows the potential of combining different custom solar panels to create innovative new solar based products. The solar sunflower consists of 18 petal-shaped solar panels (SNL108GBT-A) and a disk-shaped solar panel (SNL101GBT-A).
Placed in the backyard, the solar sunflower seamlessly merges with its surroundings.
